role will empower you to drive forward our Salesforce initiatives across Salesforce Service Cloud and Consumer Goods Cloud.
As a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with the Salesforce Product Manager to oversee the customization, implementation, and ongoing management of Salesforce solutions. You will work with stakeholders to define business needs, implement product strategy, and have a direct impact on the lifecycle of the Salesforce systems. You will work with both internal and external technical teams on design, building solutions, unit testing, and driving forward Salesforce initiatives around the globe. You will play a crucial role in maximizing the value derived from the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) investment, streamlining processes, and enhancing overall business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the end-to-end product management process from idea generation, requirements gathering, prototyping, and delivery
- Facilitate and lead effective discussions during meetings with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive
- Salesforce initiatives
- Research solutions and formulate proposals to solve requests from business partners
- Supervise configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment across Salesforce systems
- Collaborate with Skechers and SI technical teams to ensure high data quality and reduce customization in the
- design, development, configuration, and enhancement of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and CloudCraze platforms
- Conduct data analysis to support integration and system improvements
- Ensure high reliability of integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms
- Facilitate the resolution of complex issues that arise within the Salesforce platform
- Co-manage the project/ticket backlog with the product manager, and facilitate backlog grooming with development team
- Conduct analysis to quantify how features are performing, level of customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and end-user job aids
- Provide comprehensive user training and foster user adoption
QUALIFICATIONS
- Recommended Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder 2
- Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, VS Code) and analyzing large volumes
- of data
- Experience with integrations, integration patterns and understanding how to integrate Salesforce with thirdparty systems via web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
- Experience with configuration of all new and existing Salesforce features, including Amazon Connect and
- Service Cloud Voice, Einstein features, Tableau, chatbot, Retail Execution, Forecasting & Territory
- Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-directed and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Able to solve complex problems and offer new perspectives on existing solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and product management tools (i.e., Atlassian suite)
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of business analyst experience working with enterprise applications
- Experience working with Sales Teams, Sales Analysts or back-office sales support teams
- Experience working with Customer Service teams in a call center or customer support center environment
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Sales CRM experience
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning platform (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (preferred)
- Experience implementing Salesforce applications on a global scale
- Experience setting up and maintaining DevOps solution
JOB-RELATED EDUCATION
- B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or another
- relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience.
Compensation at this role is $130,000 - $160,000 annually.
