Job Summary:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the technology team supporting CEI's Client organization. The team is responsible for supporting sales, marketing, commerce, and self-service/fulfillment capabilities for Storyliving In this role, you will contribute to the design, delivery, and support of new capabilities for the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with business partners, analysts, solution engineers, and team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Implement industry best-practice processes related to Salesforce application development concepts, designs, and architectures.
• Design and develop highly integrated solutions using multiple technologies, considering complex environments and business requirements.
• Contribute to setting the architectural direction for software development projects.
• Participate in the design process of new applications, features, and enhancements.
• Develop well-structured, documented, and easily maintainable program code.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures within the technology and corporate environment.
• Utilize Agile project methodology, including user stories, epics, story maps, product backlogs, and scrum meetings, for solution development and delivery.
• Support defect triage activities by collaborating with technical, creative, and production teams to identify root causes and provide resolution.
• Interact and coordinate deliverables with other technical groups within the organization.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Prepare and review estimates for tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience developing quality, enterprise software solutions on the Salesforce Sales and Service cloud platform.
• Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce technologies, including Apex, SOQL, DML, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Reporting, Sharing models, and Shield encryption.
• Experience with implementing Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
• Proficient in analysis and problem-solving with code.
• Strong knowledge of unit testing, behavioral testing, and continuous integration best practices.
• Ability to perform across all phases of system development for multiple complex projects, including coding, technical design, and end-to-end testing.
• Ability to document work products clearly and contribute to documentation across multiple projects.
• Experience with unit/project testing, implementation, and deployment activities involving coordination with multiple teams.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices, including story development, estimating, sprint planning, and leading team scrums.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce trends in the technology marketplace.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, using data and metrics to form assumptions and develop business cases.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and partners across different locations and time zones.
• Detail-oriented, self-organized, committed to quality, and capable of managing multiple issues simultaneously.

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
