As a Salesforce Project Manager at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by guiding, supporting, and developing a team of Project Specialists in leveraging technology and data to transform the total business enterprise. You will report directly to the Director of Business Systems and work closely with a team of Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and other internal leaders and stakeholders.
What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
· Collaborate with internal leadership and key users to identify and define requirements for projects and present options to the Business Systems team
· Prioritize and manage the project roadmap to meet company goals
· Plan and implement projects to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements with given resources
· Build and mentor a strong team of Business Systems Project Specialists who are capable of supporting the needs of the business and characterize the values of West Shore Home
· Manage the tasks and issues of your team through Jira tools using scrum processes
· Serve as the subject matter expert on how our systems handle data and processes, and architect solutions based on your experience and knowledge of business goals
· Act as the highest level of escalation for issues and projects in Salesforce, Leap CPQ, Formyoula, Five9 Call Center, Call Rail, Own Backup, Jira, and other related business systems
· Seek, vet and recommend systems providers and vendors to the business

· Proven competency in solutions design, integration, system administration, implementation, reporting and analysis

· Ability to manage expectations and interactions between business organizations, as well as the ability to influence peers & senior team leaders necessary to accomplish team goals
· Salesforce administration experience preferred, but not required

The guaranteed pay range for this position is $80,000 per year to $125,000 per year. The actual rate is based on each candidate’s skill set and will be determined by the Hiring Manager. This role is a salaried, exempt position that is not eligible for overtime pay.
