As a Salesforce Developer Senior, you will help support our Sales community with the primary system being Salesforce.com. You will also have an opportunity to work on other systems and technology that integrate with salesforce. You will have both enhancement project work and systems support as well as opportunities for to learn and grow, while utilizing your attention to detail skills, as well as honing your ability to build and maintain effective relationships with teammates and business customers. The team works very closely with our business partners to develop requirements, designs, and solutions that increase the efficiency of our Sales organization. The team will follow an Agile/DevOps approach to managing work. Overall, your primary responsibilities in this role will be to handle Project and Operations work for Salesforce.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and four years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications
- Instead of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, and:
- The completion of a technical training program, and four years related work experience, or
- Six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce.com experience (Salesforce SOQL, Apex and Lightning)
- Knowledge of User Management: User Profiles, User Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchy and User Setup
- Standard Object testing and/or modifications: Workflows, Approval Processes, and Page Layouts
- Knowledge of Opportunity management
- Working experience with .Net Framework (ASP.Net, C#), SQL Server, SSIS
Compensation
- $85,680-$104,720/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
