Based in Milan (Italy) or Moirans (France), Rossignol Group is looking for a permanent contract a :

Email Marketing & CRM Specialist


The Email Marketing & CRM Specialist reports into the CRM manager and is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring all marketing activities related to customer base acquisition, maintenance and retention for all brands of Rossignol Group. In addition, this role will support rolling out initiatives across various touchpoints in the customer relationship management stages to drive commercial outcomes for the business.


MISSIONS 
1/ Email marketing 
Develop a clear email communication plan from both business and marketing perspective and ensure all is in line with communications and activities in other digital marketing channels
Liaise with and inform internal designers of any assets required for the email marketing & CRM lifecycle communications
Ensure all content & copy is proof read, accurate and on brand in all languages through local marketing support.
Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, testing, tagging, accessibility, A/B tests, scheduling, deployment, sending
Monitor and provide weekly results and insights (e.g. opens, clicks, conversions and sales) through the email marketing platform and website analytics tools.
Analyze the performance and ROI of the campaigns, recommendations for optimizations and revenues opportunities
Carry out competitive intelligence, regular benchmarks and reports on best practices


2/ Customer acquisition, qualification and retention
  • Define and implement lead generation goals and campaigns
  • Act as a project manager to lead cross department initiatives such as global web contests
  • Set up of customer qualification programs to increase customer engagement and revenue, for both in stores and online
  • Participate to the loyalty program implementation and maintenance

PROFILE
  • Relevant Marketing/Digital qualification
  • 3+ years experience working in a fast-paced marketing team or digital agency
  • Prior experience with eCommerce, Outdoor or Retail brand is highly desirable
  • Excellent English level required. Other languages will be a plus.
  • Hands on Emailing platform experience essential (especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong communication skills, correct use of grammar, syntax, as well as of vocabulary and spelling.
  • Creativity, copy writing skills
  • Web design and html skills
  • Solid understanding of database, personalization and segmentation
  • Strong planning, organizational, project management skills, autonomy
