JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to be a key member of our clients’ HQ Digital, Marketing and Customer Experience Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of Salesforce rollouts across the organization. This role will work directly with the project team and clients to gather requirements to analyze, design, and/or implement technology best practices and business changes. Additionally, the role will work with field teams to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce.com implementation.

Work with Customer Experience/Digital Team and field sales teams on the deployment, management, and training of Salesforce Lightning and Marketing Cloud platforms
Work closely with subject matter experts to develop, deploy and support new Salesforce solutions, including: lead generation, opportunities, case management, workflows, dashboards/reports, knowledge articles, integrations and marketing journeys
Day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the company's CRM tools
Perform other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

2-4 years of experience delivering Salesforce application technical services (standard/custom objects & fields, workflow & validation rules, user admin, page layouts, reports & dashboards)
Experience with data management
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning products, especially Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
Willingness to participate in Trailhead courses, obtain Salesforce certification(s) and eager to learn new technologies and take on additional responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across the organization with users at various levels of application proficiency
