Xenogenix is an experienced and trusted Salesforce Consultancy Partner that uses a business process-focused approach to implement and develop cloud-based sales, marketing and customer service solutions.
They are now looking for a Salesforce Consultant Apprentice to join their team!
The main objective of the role is to provide an exceptional experience to Xenogenix customers on managed service contracts through the delivery of Salesforce.com support, post-implementation and integration projects to clients across multiple business sectors.

The main objective of the role is to provide an exceptional experience to Xenogenix customers on managed service contracts through the delivery of Salesforce.com support, post-implementation and integration projects to clients across multiple business sectors.
- Support clients through Xenogenix Managed Service
- Respond and resolve customer cases
- Proactively encourage clients in their utilisation of Salesforce and offer guidance as to improvements and future potential projects
- Learn to deliver implementation projects including process analysis, requirements capture, solution design and validation, configuration, project management, data migration, training course development and deliveryL4 Business Analyst
You’ll need to pass a face to face screening interview with our Talent Team (don’t worry, we’re a friendly bunch) and sit initial assessments in Maths and English.
- Methodical and lateral thinking problem solver
- Able to work independently and be managed remotely while working towards common goals
- Self-motivated and have the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Prioritises consideration for customer requirements and needs while remaining commercially focused
- Confident verbal and written communicator
- Salesforce.com Administrator or User
- Sales experience within Business Consulting, Business Analysis, Management Accounting or Technical sales beneficial
- Ability to present and successfully at Director level
- Good organisation skills
- Computer and Internet Literate (Word Processing, Spreadsheets, email, Internet)
- Degree level or equivalent education preferred
- Full UK Driving License ideal but not essentialQualified Salesforce Admin
