Essential Functions of the position include:
- Address daily support needs of users through Cases Queue
- Analyze data quality and manage deduplication process
- Design and/or update CRM reports and dashboards to effectively measure key business metrics for success
- Execute a cadence to share system information to key business stakeholders
- Capture user feedback to improve or enhance the CRM user experience, education or awareness
- Manage system updates/uploads
- Maintain Project and Case data within the CRM tool
- Advance skills and knowledge of declarative development of CRM
- Share and execute ideas to improve utilization, adoption, and ROI from Salesforce
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvement when warranted
- Manage users to maximize license utilization; set-up new users, deactivate inactive users and maintain current user roles and profiles
Qualifications include :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years’ experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
- Remote role with preference given to Dayton, OH; Eden Prairie, MN or North Mankato, MN area locations
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience as a database administrator or with Taylor Salesforce CRM processes
- Strong oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- The ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities and shifting priorities under tight deadlines
- Self-starter who is able to manage day-to-day workload and escalate questions appropriately
- Ability to drive initiatives and projects from start to finish
- Team player with ability to work in leadership and individual contributor assignments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to drive issue to resolution
- Ability to promote communication and collaboration across the business, working well with individual contributors to company executive levels
- Project management or navigating complex business processes experience
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator a plus
- Data governance, account hierarchy and relationships and complex business processes a plus
