Working Student, Product Management - Salesforce (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Working Student, Product Management - Salesforce (f/m/d) to join the Logistics Service Tribe and reinvent with us agent experience in the Service Centers worldwide. If you’re a creative problem solver who is hungry for new challenges, an international workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin!

You will be exposed to a variety of product management tasks in a highly developed and functional team (Developers, peer Product Managers, Designers and Operations managers) with lots of learning.

In order to apply to this role, you must be a university student and enrolled in a German university.

Your Mission:

• Create process documentation/workflows/videos, knowledge articles, and self-service guidance for employees across 50+ countries.

• Support the Product Manager in project management duties and keep track of products' backlog.

• Support the Product Manager during sprint duties such as refinement, reviews and maintaining project boards.

• Support the local teams in the Service Centers with questions, training, documentation related to Salesforce.com and work collaboratively with the product management team to enrich them.

• Work closely with the product and tech team to understand the capabilities of the tool and understand end-to-end use cases.

• Support the team with testing of features and bring to the product team any inconsistencies.

Your Heroic Skills:

• You have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)

• You’re a fast learner and a good teacher

• You have a strong knowledge of Google Suit (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

• You are very fast with learning of how to use new tools

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce.com

• Familiarity with basic project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, etc
