CDI - PROJECT MANAGER IT CRM - F/H - RIMOWA

Rimowa is looking for a IT CRM Project Manager to join a fast-growing CRM IT team.

The project manager will be responsible of projects deployment, applications evolution and maintenance.

The project manager will be directly reporting to the CRM IT Domain Manager

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project design & framing: collect users’ need, conduct design workshops, assess workload and costs, define and steer planning, evaluate risks and impacts on existing applications and systems
• Project steering: follow-up stakeholders’ actions, plan and conduct key meetings, ensure information is correctly shared throughout the project
• Project build: ensure solutions are properly delivered and accordingly to business requirements, coordinate testing phases
• Change management: create training tools and fully document processes and applications, conduct change among users
• Coordinate stakeholders: solicit experts on relevant topics, share transversal vision
• Run: be the main point of contact for incidents resolution

• Good understanding of retail
• Significant expertise in IT project management and specifically CRM
• Good understanding of Salesforces environments
• Fluent in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• SQL knowledge as a plus
• 5 years of experience in project management
