We are looking for a Project Manager to help us accelerate our growth and delight our customers.

Position Summary / Role Overview

The Project Manager will have the responsibility for the planning, budget, and execution of projects.
Assist Sales in a Pre-Sales CapacitySkill and Experience Requirements
Ensure projects are accurately scoped to ensure a Maverick Digital win and post-sales success
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation/project plan
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and partners
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of the project
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Conducting or participating in Salesforce requirement discovery sessions to translate stakeholder requirements to user stories, testing criteria, and design (UI/UX)
Facilitating or participating in the intricate design and technical discussions, reconciling differing opinions, and helping drive the decision-making process
Work with management and development teams, both internal and remote, to successfully deliver project tasks on schedule
Maintaining project notes, time entries, and client communication per the IT the team’s project delivery best practices
Coordinate ongoing prioritization, shaping & delivery of Salesforce solutionsCore Competencies and Attributes
5+ years of applicable Project Management experience preferred healthcare
Salesforce Health cloud experience would be a plus.
Experience working within an established PMO process
Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools
Experience managing 3rd party implementation vendors
Experience managing 3rd party support vendors General Project/Practice Related Competencies Project /Practice Management
Analyzing the scope of work, project sequencing, resource planning, time estimation, scheduling, cost estimation, risk analysis are a set of responsibilities
Experience in handling multi-vendor environments and performing Project Management responsibilities.
Experience with industry-standard System Development Life Cycle methodologies
The following Salesforce certifications are preferred but not required:
- Administrator Certification (201)
- Advanced Administrator Certification (301)
- Platform Developer 1
- Platform Developer 2
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Community Cloud Consultant
