Your responsibilities:

    • Push back hard on technical debt - advocate for sustainable systems development to support fast growth
    • Coordinate all Salesforce development staff including freelancers, partner agencies, managed service resources, and cross-departmental internal resources
    • Serve as de facto agile project lead / scrum master for the Salesforce Jira project
    • Develop and maintain devops / deployment architecture and processes and sandbox instances
    • Manage global user base
    • Ensure stability of external integrations, Apex triggers, flows
    • Basic declarative Salesforce administration (dashboards, reports, fields, page layouts, etc)
    • Own Salesforce release communication and user engagement strategy
    • Provide second-level user support
    • Providing technical support for all CRM users
    • Managing data and keeping records accurate up to date and consistent across integrated systems.
    • Coordinate strategy and projects with the Global Head of Sales Operations as required

Your qualifications:

    • Revenue department enablement experience
    • Project management experience
    • Experience with Trade Promotion Management strategy
    • Systems architecture experience (specifically Netsuite, Salesforce, Celigo, Snowflake and Tableau)
    • Salesforce Sales Cloud
    • Salesforce Service Cloud
    • Netsuite
    • Celigo
    • Experience in food service or retail
    • Experience in nonprofits or other volunteer organizing
