The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of Aledade’s Salesforce platform and related systems. The administrator will work closely with our core business operations teams to identify, develop and deploy new business processes. This role reports to the Director of Corporate Systems. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working east coast hours remotely/work from home within the US or from our headquarters office in Bethesda, MD.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 350+ users
  • Provide Tier 1 support for Salesforce end users
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports
  • Coordinate with the Salesforce solution architect to design and implement solutions
  • Perform regular system maintenance according to Salesforce best practices
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skillset across the organization
  • Able to coordinate between Salesforce users, vendors, consultants, and the application development teams
  • Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve business processes and increase productivity; make process recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
  • Maintain qualifications and credentials via Trailhead and other training methods
  • Participate in new application or product evaluations; evaluate complexity of implementation/integrations and product fit-for-purpose for given business problem
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Experience collaborating with Salesforce end users and other business stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Experience with Conga Contracts or Conga Composer a plus
  • Experience supporting Docusign or CongaSign a plus
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements across the entire Salesforce platform
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
  • Ability to work occasional weekend or after business hours for project deliverables/maintenance activities
  • Thinks beyond their immediate team and contributes to making Aledade holistically better (active engagement in D&I efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.)
