*Job Overview*

We are seeking a talented SalesForce Administrator contractor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our Salesforce platform to ensure optimal functionality and user experience, build reports, and perform ongoing maintenance and improvements.

*Responsibilities*

- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions

- Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users

- Monitor system performance and security

*Experience*

- Proficiency in Salesforce administration

- Strong understanding of UNIX, Shell Scripting, IT, RAID controller, Pegasystems, PL/SQL, Computer science, T-SQL, and NoSQL

- Experience with data management and integration

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Salesforce certification is a plus
