Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced SalesForce Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SalesForce platform, and the ability to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying SalesForce solutions that improve business processes, enhance user experience, and increase productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions and applications on the Salesforce platform. (Sales-cloud, service -cloud, etc.)
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications and systems
• Build and maintain Salesforce customizations including but not limited to custom fields, validation rules, workflows, custom objects, and Apex code
• Perform data migrations and manage data quality in Salesforce
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Salesforce applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Collaborate with other developers to create effective solutions for the business
• Write and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce applications

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Engineer Certification (Platform Engineer I or II) is a requirement. If you do not have this, you will not qualify to be hired.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing SalesForce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Strong understanding of SalesForce configuration, data model, security model, and other platform features.
• Experience integrating SalesForce with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Knowledge of SalesForce integration tools such as Informatica and Mulesoft.
• Proficiency with SalesForce development tools, including Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and Git.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
