Role :- Lead Developer/Salesforce Developer
Location :- Hartford, CT
Position :- Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Leadership: The client is looking for a candidate who is highly organized, self-directed, and a self-starter. The role requires driving work from initial requirements through to implementation.
- Technical Expertise: The candidate must be proficient in .NET/.NET Core technologies, full-stack development, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) following SOLID principles. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development, including coding in APEX, is also required.
- Problem-Solving: Strong abstract thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.
- Full SDLC Involvement: The candidate will be involved in all phases of the SDLC, including the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, ensuring smooth migration and integration of data and processes from legacy systems, and participating in design and architecture decisions.
- Mentorship and Guidance: The client values a candidate who can provide guidance and training to less experienced team members, share expertise, and contribute to resource planning and work estimation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including:
- Salesforce Development (minimum 5 years): Ability to code APEX and understand design patterns.
- .NET OOP and SOA: Expertise in .NET development and service-oriented architecture.
- JavaScript Frameworks: Experience with frameworks such as Ext JS or Angular.
- SQL and End-to-End Web Development: Proficiency in SQL and comprehensive web development skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with MuleSoft and API Management.
Administrative Details:
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM).
- Eligibility: Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and will need to pass DCF Child Protection Background Check and comply with DCF’s Non-disclosure Agreement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
