Lead the design of products for our global offices!

A bit about you:

You’ll have strong UX experience within an agile environment, with a focus on digital or web product development
You’ll be familiar with human centred design and design thinking and a champion of the customer
You’ll be a born leader with a focus on developing a globally distributed team to create better business outcomes
You’ll bring strong experience working in, influencing, and partnering with senior stakeholders globally
You’ll be passionate about understanding and overseeing a product’s entire lifecycle

A bit about the Job:

You’ll own the product roadmap and vision, delivering products that excite
You’ll be the SME for UX-focussed product development, testing and implementation
You will partner with key stakeholders to build the product roadmap, drive efficiency initiatives and ensure effective deliver
You’ll partner with key overseas stakeholders to support our global expansion plans, shifting your work hours as needed to suit your region
Most of all you’ll be the voice of our customers within product; making sure they’re at the heart of everything we do
