Marsh is seeking candidate for the following position :

Senior Salesforce Developer

What you can expect:

• Responsible for code-based solutions within Salesforce involving data migrations, systems integrations and 3rd party applications. Resource will work closely with the Salesforce architect/Manager and Business Analyst to develop solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.

We will count on you to:

• Responsible for developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Service and marketing Cloud, and other technologies to build customized solutions. Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement

• Seek out ways to use Salesforce to improve processes and productivity including recommendations for improvements and enhancements

What you need to have:

• Experience writing Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components

• Familiar with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX

• Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, design, creating solutions, code review and deploying solutions

• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills

• Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

• Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API

• Experience using GitHub or other version control software

• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications

What makes you stand out:

• 4+ years previous development experience preferably in Salesforce

• Platform Developer 1 Certification

• Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL/SOQL, Java/C++/OOP, C#
