As a Salesforce Admin/Developer, you will be responsible for understanding stakeholder pain points and developing solutions within the Sales Cloud platform. You will analyze project objectives, create workflows, and troubleshoot errors. To ensure success as a Salesforce Admin/Developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work collaboratively across teams and/or independently to design and build solutions on the Salesforce Force.com platform
- Participates in the Define, Design, Develop and Deploy stages of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows, process builders, workflow Rules. Etc.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, specifications, and process maps
- Developed code-based solutions to address business opportunities using Apex Triggers, Asynchronous callouts in batches and queueable code
- Perform rapid prototyping, with the ability to quickly go from mock-ups to implementation
- Participated in code reviews and unit testing to ensure quality and high standards for production code
- Ensure high quality software implementation following professional and Salesforce.com best practices, develop code and conduct code review in accordance with them
- Document and maintain specifications, releases, test plans and other necessary technical documentations
- Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
- Stay current on Force.com technology changes and Salesforce releases
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 4+ years delivering solutions leveraging out-of-the-box functionality as well as building customized solutions using Salesforce Sales cloud tools
- Previous experience customizing and extending the experience and capabilities within the Salesforce platform
- Experience working in Agile development teams, and agile lifecycle management tools, preferably Jira
- Excellent written, oral and group presentation communication skills including the ability to articulate solutions in many formats so that they are consumable by development teams, and business stakeholders
- Salesforce Certified Force.com Administrator preferred
- Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer preferred
- Knowledge of integration best practices and implementation experience with middleware tools preferred
