Job Description:
Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Validity Everest Specialist with a minimum of 5 years experience in implementing SFMC at two or more companies over $6B in revenue.

Top Skills:

• Configuration of SFMC to automate execution, monitoring and measuring performance of email campaigns.
• Implement solutions such as Validity's Everest Product to monitor and improve email deliverability rates
• Understanding of how to use Salesforce Data Cloud and Privacy Center to automate campaign building and execution.

Qualifications:
Ideally, experience with Validity's Everest Product to monitor and manage email deliverability.

Must have strong understanding of:

• SFMC capabilities and how to configure to automation for email campaign execution, deliverability monitoring and improvement, ensuring compliance with global privacy laws, and track and report campaign industry standard metrics to meet business requirements.
• How SFMC works with Salesforce Privacy Center and Salesforce Data Cloud
• Experience with implementation of Validity' Everest Product to monitor, measure and improve deliverability.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in business requirements gathering and documentation, facilitating complicated group conversations and effectively collaborating with team members and cross functional teams, providing training and support to users and support teams.

Responsibilities:
Soliciting requirements from multiple stakeholders, building campaigns, doing measurements and taking those requirements and configuring in the system working with the engineering team. There will be hyper care support. Required to maintain projects and report based on results. Provide consulting like input to stakeholders and business partners.

• Solicit and document requirements from stakeholders (Marketing and non-Marketing teams)
• Configure Saleforce Marketing Cloud to automate email campaign use cases for Marketing and non-Marketing organizations
• Complete configuration and implementation of Validity's Everest Product to monitor and improve email deliverability rates to achieve desired goals
• Create documentation of solutions for training and support teams
• Provide support to users post-implementation
• Participate in daily stand-ups and required meetings
• Services needed: Expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (highest priority) and Validity Everest Product (secondary priority) as described in #1 above. Expert is defined as someone with at minimum of 3 implementations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
