Salesforce Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst in Plano, TX.

Primary responsibilities:

• Salesforce Business Analyst will capture, analyze, and document user stories for new projects as well as improvements to existing solutions
• Assist the Product Owner in providing a detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and in articulating the benefits and risks of a solution's feasibility and functionality
• Work closely with the Agile Teams developers and the Salesforce IT team to ensure that the user stories are accurately translated into technical implementation
• As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will test the user stories and confirm the changes are operational in the production environment
• Demonstrate user stories in the Sprint and ART demos

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA degree in Business or Information Technology, Salesforce Administrator, or equivalent
• SFDC certification (Admin01)
• 7+ years of proven experience with Salesforce Dot Com (SFDC)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations for a software company
• Experience in SAFe and Agile methodology

• Preferred locations are eastern or central US but other locations will be considered

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
