Salesforce Developer/Consultant

(20 hours/week, 3+ month contract)

Job Description:

Masten Space Systems seeks a part-time Salesforce Developer to consult and assist with building their CRM. This position will build the platform in Salesforce for improving sales processes.

This project also includes adding/creating features such as account creation, opportunities, reports, integration with email services, logging calls' information, connections with databases, among others.

Developer/Consultant will also train the business team (10-12 ppl) how to use the new Salesforce implementation and support the team as they learn how to effectively use the implementation.

This position is part-time (20 hours/week) with an initial contract of 3 months with the possibility to extend. The position can also be worked remotely.

Required:

Salesforce Development experience building solutions from the ground up. (i.e. Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, etc.)
Understanding of sales and business development practices to help the Masten team develop requirements for the Salesforce implementation based on Masten’s processes
Great communication skills
Works well in a team environment
Open to working in US time zones
Must be a “U.S. person” as defined by the ITAR (22 CFR §120.15)

Preferred:

Salesforce Developer certification
Salesforce Consultant certification
Experience in business development or MBA
Experience training teams in Salesforce
