Job Description
 Salesforce Technical Developer will be responsible for driving the platform development and implementation on the Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud platform. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams (management, Architects/Administrators, UX designers, sales team members, and various IT Functional Teams) to lead deployment of Sales Force modules and other platform products like Model N on Sales Force. You will also work on Xactly tool as Technical lead We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform. This is a varied business facing technical role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  •  Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
  •  Design solutions, work with Architects - review design
  •  take stakeholders through design and get buy-in
  •  Develop the solution based on design
  •  Work with other IT groups in getting it migrated
  •  Work with users in getting it tested
  •  User training and creating training materials
  •  Monitor adoptions


Qualifications
 REQUIRED:
  •  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with certifications and experience, Masters degree or relevant experience and certification is desirable
  •  10+ years of experience in the industry as Sales Force Developer or relevant experience
  •  Good communication and presentation skill
  •  Salesforce product knowledge and
    •  5-10 years of hands-on development experience with Sales Cloud – Quotes, Opportunities, Contacts, Contracts, Org structures
  •  Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
  •  Certified Salesforce Developer II is a plus
  •  A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  •  A desire to implement best practice solutions
  •  Ability to work with implementing other platform products like ModelN a must
  •  Experience in Xactly tool a plus
  •  Available and responsive to questions
  •  Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  •  Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions
  •  Training users and creating training materials
  •  Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
  •  Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
