Remote Senior Salesforce Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a growing company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Remote Senior Salesforce Developer. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this search assignment. This company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, annual bonus, etc. This is a hands-on position responsible for systems analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and support of technical solutions within Salesforce and ancillary business applications.

Responsibilities:

• Senior Salesforce Developer will understand user stories to build and document technical requirements from which to develop
• Be aware of opportunities to stabilize and enhance our CRM ecosystem
• Maintain a clear history of code through the use of source control tools
• As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will build scalable solutions and 'smart' code that can be reused in the future
• Support Tier 1 & 2 support teams to resolve challenging escalated issues
• Work with Architect to create (POC) solutions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field; Equivalent experience may be substituted for a degree
• Current Certification for Salesforce Administrator & Platform Developer I are required
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce development including Apex and Visualforce
• Minimum 4 years of experience with software development
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce administration
• Working knowledge of SOAP and REST data transmission protocols
• Experience working within an agile development environment as well as standard project methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile Development processes
• Demonstrated deep technical knowledge with the following:
• Visualforce, JavaScript, Apex, Triggers, and Salesforce APIs
• Knowledge of the Salesforce Data Model for declarative functionality versus apex infrastructure
• Experience with Marketing Cloud including Journeys, integrations, data extensions and building email templates
• Ability to effectively communicate with leaders across the organization to drive projects
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Gearset, Five9, strongly preferred
