The company is headquartered in Tampa, Florida Responsibilities:

Act as the development lead on multiple projects from requirements gathering through solution design, build, testing and deployment
Perform the build activities to deliver a solution from the design stage to a functional application
Develop applications using the Force.com platform (Apex classes/triggers, Visual Force pages, Web Services API, LWC, declarative tools, etc.)
Introduce and train in Salesforce best practices, such as Enterprise Apex (via FFLIB), Test data factories, manual-step automation, etc.
Execute, re-factor and monitor unit tests and write Apex test classes for code coverage.
Use development tools such as Eclipse IDE (for source code editor, debugging and deployment) and GIT (for source code and version control)
Lead design and code reviews to ensure development quality
Deploy metadata (configuration and code) to different environments via tools such as Ant, Bitbucket and Jenkins
Use tools such as Data Loader for data export, backup and migration between environments
Champion Technical Design Specification documentation and other practices to enhance knowledge sharing and onboarding Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in in Computer Science, MIS or related field
A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex, Visual Force and Lightning Web Components
A minimum of 2 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com System Administration
Certification in Administration (ADM 201) OR Development (DEV 401) at a minimum, but others are strongly preferred
Experience in architecting major salesforce features including declarative, customization, integrations with external systems and presenting those designs to technical and business stakeholders
Experience with breaking down solutions into clicks and code components, with a strong focus on minimizing code needed
Experience with enterprise-grade Salesforce.com development/release lifecycle, including use of source control and release automation tools
Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills required to lead teams through refinement, design, development and release phases

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with building lightening components and transitioning orgs from classic to lightening
Experience with React or other similar Java Script Frameworks
