• Designing, developing and supporting customized solutions within the Salesforce platform (focus on Experience and Sales Cloud) through Flows, Apex, LWC, CSS and JavaScript

• Implementing user stories on the base of use cases using the Salesforce development platform, languages and tools
• Perform code reviews and develop unit tests to achieve sufficient test coverage for deployment of development assets
• Migrate development assets into production and several sandboxes with help of CI/CD-Tooling via 2nd generation managed and unlocked packages, as well as metadata deployment
• Ensure the security and integrity of the application software as well as documentation according to VWFS standards and processes

• Focus on the reusability of the developed solution and its sustainable design according to VWFS standards

• Establish a close collaboration with the product owners and other team members as well as the involved markets and platform and architecture functions
• Steering of external service providers
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering (or comparable degree)
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1 & 2
• work experience with application and software design and development
• Experience in agile software development and related tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
• Good knowledge of continuous integration, delivery, and deployment practices and experience with related tools
• Advanced knowledge of the suite of Salesforce products and third party applications, e.g. 2nd generation packages, salesforce DX, Experience Cloud
• Proficient in Apex, JavaScript, CSS and Lightning Web Components
• Understanding of integration and integration design patterns
• The ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams within a collaborative environment
• Proven English skills
