Senior Salesforce Developer - Service Cloud Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements and improve customer service capabilities.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Service Cloud projects, including Experience Cloud integration, Salesforce Einstein AI configuration, and Einstein bot setup.
  • Configure messaging in-app with Einstein bot and live agents to facilitate seamless communication and support interactions.
  • Implement Knowledge Articles with Einstein recommendation to empower customers with self-service options and enhance resolution efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize skill-based Omni channel routing to ensure inquiries are routed to the most appropriate agent or team.
  • Utilize Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning to customize and extend Service Cloud functionality as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Certified.
  • Demonstrated experience in completing 2-3 projects in Experience Cloud implementation, Salesforce Einstein AI, and Einstein bot setup.
  • Proficiency in messaging in-app with Einstein bot and live agents, as well as configuring Knowledge Articles with Einstein recommendation.
  • Strong expertise in skill-based Omni channel routing for efficient communication management.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
