• Location: Onsite in Maryland

• Experience: We are looking specifically for lead profiles who have previously worked in a lead capacity.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve system architecture
- Ensure the security and scalability of systems by implementing best practices in cloud security and system design
- Manage the deployment pipeline using CI/CD tools

Qualifications
- Proficiency in system design, system architecture, and systems engineering
- Experience with MySQL database management
- Knowledge of Pegasystems, WDS, vaticinate, XML, and cloud security
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
