Title: Salesforce Developer/Administrator

Responsibilities:
· Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Customize and extend standard Salesforce functionality to meet specific business requirements.
· System Configuration: Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, such as user management, permission settings, object and field creation, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, and process automation using point-and-click tools in the Salesforce Setup menu.
· Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using tools like Salesforce Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms. Ensure data consistency and seamless information flow across different platforms.
· Data Management: Perform data imports, exports, updates, and cleansing activities within Salesforce. Develop and maintain data models, relationships, and hierarchies. Implement data security and sharing rules to maintain data integrity.
· Customization: Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business processes and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders. Implement custom user interfaces and experiences using Lightning App Builder.
· Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and scalability of Salesforce solutions. Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions.
· User Training and Support: Train end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices. Provide ongoing support, address user inquiries, and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
· Documentation: Document system configurations, customizations, and processes. Create technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
· Stay Updated on Salesforce and Industry Best Practices: Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and enhancements. Stay current with industry best practices and recommend improvements to optimize Salesforce capabilities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer/Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
· Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
· Experience with Salesforce customization, including workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and process automation.
· Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, data management, and data security best practices.
· Familiarity with integration techniques using Salesforce Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
· Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder, are highly desirable.
· Experience with Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components is a plus.
· Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds/modules is an advantage.
