REMOTE Salesforce Tech Lead

Insight Globals client in the Atlanta area is looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead to join their team. This persons primary responsibility will be creating, leading and reviewing designs to meet the needs of the business this person will also be working closely with the development to ensure successful implementation. The Technical Lead will spend their day to day leading meetings/other teams and helping more junior people research issues that arise/come to conclusions on their own. He/she will also work on smaller projects and do some continuous improvement work as well. Some of the other responsibilities will include reviewing design elements and signing off on the finished product, leading discovery/scoping sessions with clients, performing code, working with cross-functional teams, etc. Our ideal candidate will come from an Agile environment and must have strong communication skills as they will be interfacing and making recommendations to many internal and external stakeholders.

• 
  Previously w/w offshore teams + multiple teams at once

• Experience doing integration work (i.e. MuleSoft, Apigee, Informatica)

• Salesforce Admin, Developer and Architect Certifications
• 6+ years of experience w/w Salesforce and 2+ years as a Technical Lead

o End-to-end implementation experience w/ Salesforce platform

• Experience in web development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, Typescript, etc

• Hands-on experience with development technologies such as Apex/VF, JAVA, Lightning Web Components, Aura framework etc.

• Experience with CPQ and DocuSign

• Strong communication skills / leadership skills this person will be interfacing with and w/w stakeholders + leading design sessions
