Mulesoft Developer - CRM Integrations

The Platform tribe’s mission is to enable the delivery of valuable experiences to our merchants. We do this by providing tools, systems and APIs that allow SumUppers to efficiently innovate, build and run our products and services at scale.

We’re looking for a motivated Mulesoft Developer to join our Berlin chapter. You’ll enhance our global CRM Infrastructure Guild, enabling other teams to build features and solutions on our Cloud Services. The CRM Integrations team are the owners of our Mulesoft solution and help integrate Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Five 9 and other CRM systems with the rest of SumUp, which is going through transformation towards event driven micro-services.

What you’ll do:

• Work with stakeholders to identify business and technical requirements, understand the needs for integrations and advise on the best approach for each project.

• Setup best practices and frameworks to ease building scalable, reliable and monitored integrations.

• Develop and maintain Flows and APIs linking CRM Systems to SumUp infrastructure (currently through Kafka, S3 and PostgreSQL).

• Adopt new technologies, mentor team members, help developers monitor their integrations and share your knowledge and experience.

You’ll be great for this role if you:

• Have 4+ years’ experience as an Integration Developer or Consultant, 2+ of which using Mulesoft.

• Are experienced with micro-services architecture and Restful APIs.

• Understand Event Driven Architecture.

• Want to learn more about CRM Systems and Data engineering

• Are able to write clear and concise code that your teammates can understand and build upon.

• Have the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and multiple stakeholders across the business.

• Are eager to share knowledge, mentor others, and create value for the users.
