Our client is a very well respected and rapidly growing healthcare company headquartered in NYC is looking to hire a motivated Salesforce Developer who is looking to join a company with a great culture/environment that promotes career growth, work/life balance and development of their employees.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$100,000 – $120,000

Position Overview:

The Salesforce Developer is responsible for the overall integrity and health of Salesforce and its connection to the broader enterprise environment. Will be heavily involved in shaping the technical design and automation of the Salesforce environment through implementation in line with industry best practices. You will also be one of the primary contacts for the Business Operations team for all engineering matters including maintaining the sync between the application and all external systems.

Responsibilities of the Salesforce Developer:

• Responsible for requirements gathering, design, development prototyping, testing, documentation and deployment of Salesforce solutions
• Define technical architecture that may include integration and authentication across multiple systems and the development of APIs
• Manage the development and delivery of solutions
• Adhere to platform best practices for implementing Salesforce solutions in compliance with security standards
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including Business Stakeholders and IT

Qualifications for the Salesforce Developer:

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration/Developer experience
• 1+ year Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce design and development experience Hands-on experience working with system integrations using the API form within the Salesforce platform
• Experience with with other system integrations using middleware such as Web Services, Direct API Calls, and SOA/Integration technologies
• Experience with the Force.com development platform: Apex CodeIn depth understanding of Object-Oriented Programming methodologies, Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA), design patterns and development best practices
• Must have Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification and at least one Cloud Consultant Certifications (Sales, Service, Community or Marketing)
• Experience with Data Visualization tools is a big plus
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline
