We are looking for a capable, talented and resourceful Senior Salesforce Developer to support us in ensuring that our solutions meet both business roadmap and customer requirements. You should have extensive experience in creating dynamic and scalable Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the capability to solve complex software problems.

Requirements

Delivering quality solutions within the Salesforce environment that solve business problems.
Designing, coding, and implementing functionality in such a way that meets the defined business requirements
Collaborating with Kaptio customer-facing consultants in planning and delivering enhancements to the product road map
Applying test-driven methodologies to improve code quality. Working towards the team’s goal to have greater than 90% unit test code coverage.
Performing code reviews, providing positive useful feedback, ideas and comments.
Used to working in a distributed team within the Agile environment and adhering to the Agile manifesto.
Writing documents and providing technical training.
Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members
Solid work experience with application and software development and experience in developing customer-facing interfaces.
Trailhead Platform Developer 1 & 2 certification is essential
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
Advanced proficiency in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce and working knowledge of MavensMate or Eclipse.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to project manage and problem solve high-level software and application issues.
You may have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering but you could also wow us with your capabilities
