• > 5 years of Salesforce.com experience
• Experience of Implementing Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Non Profit Success Pack
• Knowledge of integrating payment gateway with Salesforce platform.
• Knowledge of AppExchange product for GiftAid, accounting & financial app.
• Very good experience on Sales Cloud or Service cloud implementation and enhancement, good to have Service Console experience
• Good experience in integrating Salesforce with other backend systems
• Integrate with Force.com Web services including SOAP, WSDL, REST, SSL standards, security models and typical API client architecture
• Single Trigger architecture
• Build custom Web services
• Use Declarative integration features, such as outbound messaging and Salesforce to Salesforce
• Use additional API techniques such as Salesforce Bulk, REST, SOAP, Streaming and Metadata API
• Create custom force.com
applications or customize existing Salesforce applications using Apex programming language and Lightning Platform
• Define the application's data model
• Experience of migrating data to Salesforce from other CRM systems is a plus
• Experience in Lightning Framework, Lightning Components and Salesforce Lightning Design System is must
• Should have completed at least one Salesforce Lightning project from scratch or at least one project where existing Salesforce Classic application was migrated to Lightning
• Create advanced workflows and validations
• Manage data using various data integration techniques between on premise systems and force.com
platform
• Able to independently work in all stages of the projects from gathering requirements, solution design, development, UAT and deployment
• Should be Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I at the minimum. Certified as Service Cloud Consultant is desirable.
