For Our Retail Business, we provide wholesale fuel supply and structured products for its extensive base of electricity and natural gas customers including gas-fired power plants, large scale commercial, and industrial retail consumers and retail energy aggregators.
Our Retail Business is our customer-facing operation providing integrated energy management services to commercial and industrial, power generation, and retail supply customers. Taking into account a customer’s entire energy portfolio, solutions are structured to provide competitive market pricing and to optimize energy usage and generation assets. We offer a complete suite of services to energy-intensive retail customers, from energy supply and hedging to on-site generation management and demand response. And we provide wholesale market access and ISO interface services to a broad network of retail energy providers with footprints across the deregulated markets. For power generation customers, we provide energy management services that encompass fuel supply, scheduling, dispatch, market analysis, and risk management all within a single contract. Focused on service, we created a digital integrated platform and customer interface that allows transparent views into energy portfolios and invoices, market prices, analytics, and weather.

Job Summary
The Salesforce Senior Developer will design, build, and test high-quality innovative software solutions within Salesforce to support EDF business objectives. They will leverage and reuse the CRM architecture framework and platform information in the design of the CRM software components and code patterns that foster reusability and enterprise capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Leverage and reuse the CRM architecture framework and platform information in the development of the architecture. Design CRM software components and code patterns that foster reusability and enterprise capabilities.
- Serve as a partner for companywide initiatives, working across divisions, translating complex business requirements into intuitive and intelligent platform solutions to support EDF business objectives
- Implement and maintain Salesforce configuration, custom objects, schema, and workflows across our Sales Cloud instance
- Be a champion of development best practices, developing sustainable and scalable solutions which deliver optimal experiences for our users
- Ensure we’re maximizing the value from our Salesforce platform, continually learning from market best practices to enhance and evolve our Salesforce instance with the latest releases from Salesforce
- Review and understand current business gaps and provide recommendations and feedback around third party apps or additional Salesforce functionality to fill those gaps
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Developer.
- Good understanding of Salesforce implementations covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com application development.
- Expertise in Salesforce core languages: Apex (language, triggers, classes, web services); Visualforce (pages and components); Lightning components and SOQL.
- SFDC Experience working in Visualforce, APEX, Process Builder, Triggers, Workflows, Flows, Custom coding, and Web Services.
- Hands-On Lightning development experience including lightning design, components, Aura Framework, JavaScript and Server-side components.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications via web-services using integration/middleware (e.g. Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.) and on-demand ETL processes.
- Experience with Force.com application, packaging, and deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology field of study, or equivalent years of experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Able to meet deadlines with limited supervision. Ability to work well under pressure.
- Retail Energy Industry experience will be a plus.
- Understanding of LWC (Lightning Web Component) is a plus.

- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Good to have)
