WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

Schedule & Location: This is a full-time role based in Draper, UT, with regular office hours. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a robust custom CRM environment in a fast-paced setting.

Each day in this software development position, you dive deep into the Salesforce platform, developing custom solutions and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. As a Salesforce Developer, you spend time managing workflows, automating processes, and overseeing security configurations to keep our CRM environment running smoothly. Close collaboration with our business teams ensures that your solutions meet our legal objectives while adhering to best practices.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer
  • Strong proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Experience Cloud
  • Must be proficient Salesforce APIs - External Services/Credentials
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, including configuring workflows, process automation, and security settings
  • Familiarity with data modeling, SOQL, and Salesforce data management best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
