The Company

Utilising your strong background in the Salesforce CRM you will be able to make a real difference to this important cause. Supporting strategic in-sourcing initiatives, the business has opted to build their capability in house. You will be an integral part of the technology transformation of this small, important NFP as they push forward with strategic Digital Transformation Goals.

The Role:

The CRM Developer/Administrator is accountable for providing timely, accurate and plain English support, using problem solving skills and judgement to triage and resolve incidents.

Provide expert advice on Salesforce priorities
Recommend CRM best practices, system improvements and analyse overall efficiency of the platform
Administration and support of Salesforce database including but not limited to: managing multiple user setups, profiles and roles, customisation of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
Proactively seek out and identify system enhancements and gather user feedback and be proactive in identifying root cause
Work collaboratively with the Level 1 Support team, and external Vendors to resolve issues
Keep up-to-date on new functionality and participate in testing of upgrades, patches or other changes across the platform
Work with stakeholders to document technical requirements and/or implement new systems, integrations or system enhancements
Generate data and prepare reports from the systems
Provide comprehensive induction training on the systems for new starters

About You:

Extensive experience and expertise in Salesforce is crucial!

You may be sick of working for a large corporate, lining the pockets of your shareholders. You may be looking for a way to make a difference in your next role? Or perhaps you are looking to scale back after doing the hard yards in large enterprise - looking to join a smaller tech environment?

You will have experience in working with Salesforce platform users and stakeholders to manage and improve business processes with Salesforce platform tools. In addition you will have experience in the System Administration functions that are required to support Salesforce and other applications used to understand the interactions customers have with businesses.

You will also have an understanding of the Governance concepts and the importance of business users knowing where to locate data.

Ideally you would have experience in the development and maintenance of Website and Mobile/Tablet Apps to support Salesforce interactions.
Deep understanding of SDLC principles and the software development lifecycle including agile development methodologies
