As a Barclays Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for working with Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components) and Apex code to build logic required to meet the Business requirements. In this role, you will also be working on Data, Application migration and application security configurations on Salesforce. This is an exciting opportunity to be designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining applications on Salesforce with global development teams across Banking IT initiatives.

What will you be doing?

• Designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining applications on Salesforce with global development teams
• Working with Salesforce LWC and Apex code to build logic required to meet the Business requirements
• Working on Data, Application migration and application security configurations on Salesforce
• Delivering change work packages in time and as per acceptable quality standards
• Performing peer reviews and code reviews of the sales instance partner teams
• Working closely with business users, business analysts, Development and QA teams
• Building relationships and trust with global Banking IT team, as well as other technology teams

What we’re looking for:

• Four plus years of extensive experience working with Lightning Web Components, Apex Programming, Lightning experience, Controllers, Triggers and APIs (SFDX, Lightning, LWC)
• Experience working on at least two projects with lightning development, custom controls and web components Skills that will help you in the role
• Salesforce Administration around working with Salesforce Security, Reports and Dashboards
• Designing and developing large scale technology solutions with substantial insights into CRM/client technology/Salesforce platforms

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science
• Enterprise experience developing large scale financial applications
• Clear & concise verbal and written communication skills and have a collaborative team-work approach
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and business users, own technology issues and deliver solutions in a timely manner
