Salesforce Developer

Be a key contributor developing scalable solutions and innovative
enterprise-level implementation projects. Work together with a
group of talented engineers to build breakthrough solutions while
ensuring system stability and scalability. Build a communication
platform that recreates member experience growing from local
presence to a global presence. Role is currently remote but will
eventually be onsite in Austin, TX.

Day-to-day responsibilities include

Work as a part of a dynamic team to build highly customized andcomplex Salesforce solutions using the latest technologies:

Lightning Web Components, Lightning (Aura) Components,
HTML5/CSS/JS, Apex and Visualforce

Demonstrate Salesforce platform front-end and back-enddevelopment experience for internal and external audiences
Collaborate with other team members to build highly customized,scalable, and complex software solutions using the latest

technologies: (Git, CI/CD, Salesforce Cloud solutions, etc)

Attend client meetings and aid in designing and buildingarchitecture
Develop integrations to/from other systems, including consumingor exposing REST/SOAP APIs, industry standards such as

OAuth2/SAML, and complementary technology platforms or tools

Assist in estimating costs, deadlines, and resources onsalesforce projects
Mentor team and lead other junior developers on codingstandards and practices
Be an advocate for adopting new technologies
Ensure Salesforce is built to be scalable as membershipsincrease
Work on enhancements or new features
Maintain existing system codebase
Perform deployments (Circle CI)
Evaluate new releases and potential codebase impacts
Commit all metadata changes to repositoryBasic Qualifications
3+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex andVisualForce
3+ HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, JS, Redux, Webpack
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Community Cloud experience
Data modeling/databases/integrations/migrations (ETL)experience

Collaborate well with othersEducation, Certifications, Licenses Requirements
Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, orrelated field

Must be eligible to work in US without restrictions for any
employer at any time

This role is currently remote due to COVID but will be an onsite
role in Austin, TX in the future.
