Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to build great solutions on our Salesforce platform, using configuration and customisation to implement the agreed solution design and meet the business requirements and outcomes. 

 The role will partner with the Salesforce Solution and Technical Architect to translate business requirements into technical solutions.You will work across a large and complex Salesforce org, implementing Sales, Service cloud and CPQ. 

 You will be a multi-certified Salesforce professional, with a desire to continue to grow your Salesforce expertise and knowledge, gaining more Salesforce certs, which is something we will support you with. 

 You will be a proficient Salesforce developer, able to work in cross functional teams. You will have a strong interest in Sales and a desire to use the Salesforce platform to develop operationally efficient processes 
  • Designs, develops, tests and supports custom Salesforce applications software to satisfy the business requirements and solution design. Configure the Salesforce application based on the business requirements
  • Support the creation of customizations and integrations required to deliver the solution design, primarily with Boomi and Celigo
  • Develop and maintain custom solutions across the Salesforce platform
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Lightning components
  • Apply best practices and experience to build Salesforce applications.
  • Develop estimates for projects and work with the solution architects to define Jira tickets and bring to a ‘Dev Ready’ status
  • Develops to agreed Salesforce technical standards and complete all required documentation including detailed release notes
Qualifications
  • Salesforce application (Sales and Service cloud),
  • Experience of standard integration tools such as Boomi or Mulesoft, and of integrating Salesforce with them
  • Proven experience with Apex, HTML, JavaScript, Visual Force, Eclipse IDE, Data Loader, Aura based Lightning Components, Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM
  • Experience of CPQ / Steelbrick configuration and customisation
  • Strong collaboration skills in a remote setting
  • Accountability- owning the work you do and the decisions you make
  • Creativity & Innovation- to solution for the business needs, in line with Tii’s mission & goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, also able to work independently and perform under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills / friendly and approachable, strong facilitation skills. Demonstrates an ability to work in a remote teamBeneficial
