For our office in Madrid we are looking for a Salesforce Developer & Administrator to join the Digital Business Solutions team

Your responsibilities
End-to-end delivery (requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing and release) of the new features and enhancements of existing ones supporting our multiple Salesforce-powered use cases (B2B CRM, B2C CRM, Assets DB, Customer Portal, Investor Portal...)
Engage with internal stakeholders to identify and iterate over department and user needs to find the most scalable and effective solutions, following Salesforce's recommended approach
- Support our Salesforce's Product Manager boost user adoption and satisfaction of 400+ users across multiple international locations. Co-creation of the Salesforce team roadmap
- Collaborate with external service providers and developers if required, ensuring the technical alignment and quality standards
- Support and guide our Salesforce 1st level support team, effectively resolving escalated cases
- Monitor and evolve our permissions and sharing concept
- Enforce and extend our application development guidelines and align with other product teams to share best practices and solutions
- Make your knowledge and skills available to solve problems by supporting the delivering from Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to full-scale solutions
- Investigate issues thoroughly and create practical solutions that solve problems and open up new opportunities.
- Work as a member of the Digital Business Solutions team in a complex and rapidly changing environment
Your qualifications & skills
- High level of English, both spoken and written, as (it is required daily to communicate fluently in an international organization. Fluency in German is considered as a plus
- Ability to integrate well into a team and build relationships well with senior stakeholders
- Teamwork, proactivity and ability to adapt to demanding environments
- At least 3 years experience working as a Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience (Community) Cloud developer and admin
- Experience in both declarative (e.g. Flows, Process Builder) and code-based (e.g. design, coding and testing of APEX classes) Salesforce setup

Good understanding of Salesforce Architecture, code best practices and design patterns, as well as release tools and metadata API. Experience in Salesforce DX is desired. If not, a strong commitment to rapidly become proficient in the latest features and possibilities of the Salesforce ecosystem is needed
- Experience with Marketing Cloud is considered a plus
- Experience in MuleSoft (or similar application integration platforms) is desired. If not, a good knowledge of APIs and interest in self-development in this field is required
- Advanced user level of Excel and good data management skills (SQL querying, data modelling, analytics and visualization) Experience with Microsoft Power BI is valued
- Experience working with Confluence, Jira and Microsoft Teams would be a plus, as these are the key collaboration tools of the team
