Salesforce Developer - REMOTE

An ICS client is seeking a 100% remote Salesforce Developer to join their team immediately.

This position is direct hire and open to sponsorship.

Salesforce Developer develops software solutions in Salesforce and is responsible for coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, as well as managing timelines and producing technical documentation for projects. Works with users across business verticals to enhance the operations of business processes in Salesforce. Expected to take the initiative, be creative and innovative, and drive effective process designs and share ideas. Works closely with Salesforce architects, Senior developers, other administrators, and product owners, and will be providing guidance as well as be an active participant in getting projects completed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
• Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
• Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex/Lightning code with best practices
• Design custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, Lightning Flows, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
• Ensure the best possible quality of the application
• Write test classes for the class that you develop and ensure at least 90% code coverage
• Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to production
• Administrative functions such as User Management, Profiles, Permissions, Roles, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow rules, validation rules, system integrations, reports, dashboards, and process builders within Salesforce.
• Automates processes using Salesforce Lightning Process Builder.
• Keeps abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements when warranted
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or combination education and experience
• Salesforce Developer Certification
• Field Service domain knowledge preferred
• 3 years of IT experience required
• 2 years of experience configuring and managing Salesforce Field Service Lightning, Service Cloud,

Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud with integration of these Clouds

• Experience with at least 1 large Salesforce implementation preferred
• Proficient with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, SQL, SOQL, SOSL
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both IT and business partners
• Ability to teach and educate others in Salesforce Development
