Salesforce Developer l North Sydney - NSW

Do you believe the sum of the parts is greater than the whole?
Reporting to the Salesforce Team Lead and operating within the Application Support Team you will provide administration and management support of Salesforce across the Australian enterprise.

You'll be responsible for:

Undertaking enhancements on the Salesforce platform in line with business requirements
Supporting the team lead in developing technical designs that meet business user requirements
Performing full spectrum development on the Salesforce Platform that follows industry best practices
Working closely with business stakeholders to create technical designs for enhancements that meet their current and future requirements
Operating as part of cross-functional project teams, participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
Identifying opportunities to improve business and development practices on an ongoing basis
Proactively monitoring the Salesforce landscape to keep abreast of latest developments and bring improved practices into BAU operations
Conducting regular maintenance and production support activities on the platform to ensure minimal disruption to BAU
Providing technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and user queries
Developing documentation as required to support end users on using the platform

Important to your success:

Proven experience in Salesforce platform development
Extensive experience with integrating applications via SOAP and REST web services
Experience developing using Lightning Aura and Web Components, Visualforce Pages, Platform Events, Apex Sharing, Triggers, Process Builders and Flows
Expertise in creating Reports and Dashboards, writing SOQL and using Asynchronous, Batch , Queuable and Future APIs
Sounds knowledge of Governor limits and Salesforce best practice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity and impact
Ability to focus on end-outcomes and work accordingly to achieve the desired results
