Compensation: $93,000 to $133,000 Salary

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of working experience with Force.com (APEX, Visual Force, Lightning Component framework) developing on the Salesforce.com platform
• 5+ year of experience with Java, NodeJS, .Net, or other platform/technology.
• Proficient in modern JavaScript development (ES6).
• Working experience in any component-based JavaScript framework (like React.js, Angular 2+, or Ember.js) is a plus.
• Professional Certification: Salesforce Certification in either the Development or Administrator is a plus.
• Should have a good understanding of DBMS and SQL

Responsibilities:

• Create a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy, inclusivity, innovation, learning, respect, and transparency while holding a high bar for craftsmanship.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and technical innovation through "rolling-up sleeves" and "getting hands dirty".
• Share knowledge with team members via a formal mentoring relationship, reviewing code, reviewing design docs, giving technical talks.
• Develop new automation and integrations with the SFDC CRM platform that support business requirements.
• Build new user experiences consisting of custom objects, workflows, validations, and formulas while adhering to Salesforce best practices.
• Implement and troubleshoot third-party integrations that accurately transfer data between multiple systems, including external systems.
• Manage the Salesforce testing process, including devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing testing protocols and appropriate testing environments, and coordinating software testing.
• Keep apprised of new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for improvements, and teaching others.
• Provide high quality, reliable, scalable, and high-throughput solutions
• Write tests and perform code reviews to ensure that we are producing reliable, readable, and reusable code.
