Responsibilities:
- Facilitate joint design sessions to refine and defined experience requirements.
- Develop functional and/or non-functional prototypes to gain alignment/acceptance.
- Write user stories as part of an Agile project framework which include clear acceptance criteria and take into account dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives.
- Solid knowledge and hands on configuration and/or development experience with Salesforce platform.
- Salesforce Admin certification required.
- Salesforce Service Cloud certification HIGHLY preferred.
- Development background HIGHLY preferred
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
