Looking for a Technical Product Manager who can translate the business line product needs into technical specifications and shepherd those projects through the technology build process.
Provide strategic direction and oversight to product development teams
Coordinate full product life cycle from requirements to product releases with the marketing, sales, development, and service teams
Gather requirements from business, translate those requirements to developers and follow-through to ensure requirements are implemented.
This role will begin with heavy emphasis in salesforce design, and quickly expand to include website and portal design as well as internal and external dashboard development.Define the product roadmap, incorporating feedback from executive leadership and marketing teams
Point of contact for training of new features and be able to explain how they functionally work to non technical audience.
Suggest workable solutions to development teams
Work very closely with UX designers and SMEs on the wireframes and subsequent technical specs for new websites and new credentialed customer portals
Answer product-related inquiries
Remain involved in all stages of the product life cycle, defining and implementing
Have requisite knowledge of, and utmost care for, consumer privacy regulation
Qualifications
5+ years in a product management role, with at least one year in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong experience with Salesforce is required
Proven technical translator skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and turn non-technical requirements into specs that the developer team can execute against
Superb communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated experience prioritizing workload and identifying areas/making recommendations for improvements on existing process
