A bit about you:

You’ll have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a senior Platform Lead/ Manager role with good exposure to Salesforce Case Management solutions, along with MuleSoft Integration architecture experience within a complex business environment
You’ll have a thorough understanding of Salesforce technology frameworks
You’ll bring a strong understanding of MuleSoft technology frameworks, standards, application and integration architecture
You’ll have experience or Exposure to cloud-based infrastructure (AWS) and Business Intelligence (ETL, Data Warehouse, Analytics)
You’ll have multi-vendor integrations experience
You’ll be on a pathway to becoming a Salesforce/Mulesoft Architect having completed at least one of the certifications

A bit about the Job:

You’ll be the tech lead for our Salesforce project, working with our internal teams and partners, collaborating to design and deploy a robust salesforce implementation across our global business.
You will set and govern the standards for good salesforce implementation practice for our partners, taking a configuration not code approach
You will conduct design and code reviews for all solutions developed by our partners and collaborate with the team to ensure consistently high quality solutions are implemented
You’ll champion continuous delivery practices and automation tools to enable small and frequent quality releases
You’ll be a champion for Agile software development practices to ensure a robust end product for our customers
