Senior Salesforce Developer: As part of our on-going digital transformation programme we are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to own our CRM Development Needs to enhance our customer engagement.

We require a Senior Salesforce Developer who is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders within the business as well as develop and develop the technical aspects of our CRM stack.

Taking ownership of our CRM development needs some of the responsibilities for this Senior Salesforce Developer include (but not limited to);

Working alongside the Head of Customer Operations and CRM
Define and develop the sales pipeline tools
Integration with our BI tool
Be responsible for the delivery of all customer service management solutions
Deliver the integration between the CRM technology our marketing solutions (Marketing Cloud).
Technical skills will include development skills in Lightning and APEX
Exposure to tools such as Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, etc

This role of Senior Salesforce Developer is a FTC contract until the end of December 2021.
