Title: REMOTE Salesforce Developer
Location: Mclean, VA - 100 % REMOTE
Security clearance: USC or GC for public trust clearance
Base Salary: 90,000 - 125,00/year w2

Per Federal Government Sector, must be able to pass federal guidelines for security clearance

ALTA IT Services looking for a Salesforce Developer to help manage and improve its Salesforce Enterprise Edition organization.

The developer will collaborate with the Salesforce Project Team Manager to identify, clarify and prioritize business problems that can be solved with Salesforce applications and external cloud integrations. Ultimately, the developer should be able to translate our internal staff and external customer needs into new and improved high-quality Salesforce applications.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Salesforce Project Team Manager to configure and update Salesforce Lightning Experience for all applications and all business teams
• Support 159 users in 8-10 business teams on their use of Salesforce Service Cloud and custom platform applications
• Examine and evaluate current Salesforce applications for performance and efficiency in meeting user teams’ business requirements
• Build new custom applications, including Salesforce Experience Cloud communities
• Perform regular system maintenance across the Salesforce environment
