Overview

We have an ambious commercial strategy and in order to maximize sales team efficiency we have deployed Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Community Cloud) for our 1400 Criteo sales members community.

We're hosting a Salesforce Center of Excellence with 16 salesforce functional consultants and developers and we're looking to strengthen this expertise. Join us in our mission!

What you'll do:

You'll be in charge of the technical architecture of our Cloud CRM solution
You will design, and develop advanced customizations using Salesforce
You'll definine, priorize and implement technical project aiming at optimizing application performance and maintenance

You'll run workshops and work closely with either users or other technical team members, to be able to talk about tradeoffs (config vs custom code)

You will map all functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
You'll promote the best practices on solution positioning and delivery
You will define Salesforce development guidelines and animate Salesforce developer’s technology watch
You'll reviewing and enforce integration patterns with other applications and Salesforce appexchange
You'll oversee code reviews

Who you are:

You have a solid experience on Salesforce platform
You have an extensive knowledge of CRM industry standards and best practices
Extensive administration and development experience on Salesforce platform
You are proficient with SFDC custom objects, Apex Classes, Triggers, VisualForce pages, Lightning component (Aura & LWC), SOQL
You are experienced with technologies such as – SQL, Java Script, JQuery, REST APIs and Microso Azure Data Factory

You are experienced in deployment/packaging using continuous delivery tools (SFDX, Azure DevOps and Git)

You have a good understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schema required and both functional and technical integration patterns
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
We are looking for a great team player, with abilies to work in cross-funconal and geographically diverse teams

Salesforce Developer certificaons are desirable such as :

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1
Salesforce Certified App Builder
Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer
Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer Salesforce
Certified Identity and Access Management Designer Salesforce Certified
Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer
